Outstanding Service from Ericka Hernandez at Toasted Yolk – Beaumont, TX I had an incredible dining experience at Toasted Yolk in Beaumont, thanks to our amazing server, Ericka Hernandez. My mother and I stopped in for a meal while she was visiting, and Ericka went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was patient, joyful, respectful, and truly caring—the kind of person who brings warmth to the table before the food even arrives. What stood out most was how attentively she took care of my mother, making sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed to enjoy her time here in town. That kind of personal touch means everything. Because of Ericka, I’ll definitely be coming back—and every time I do, I’ll be requesting Ms. Ericka without a doubt. So glad we finally got to try this restaurant. The grilled chicken sandwich was amazing! Even the house side salad was fresh. Breakfast brisket tacos were also flavorful. BLT was crispy and delicious! Can't wait to go back. Our waitress was really sweet. Restrooms are clean, plenty of parking. All the staff members had smiles on their faces, they even open the doors upon entering/exiting!
I had breakfast while passing through on a move. The food was great and the service was exceptional. My server Ren was amazing. My wife and I weren't very hungry so we wanted to split a chicken fried steak breakfast and I only asked for the one meal and casually stated we were going to split it. When the food was served they had it served perfectly split on 2 different plates without asking. I highly recommend this place to everyone. If I'm ever in Beaumont again this will be my go to breakfast place.
Me and my parents came and ate after church on Sunday and we had the best experience!! Cassie was our server and she did amazing, was very attentive and friendly! Definitely will be coming for brunch every Sunday morning:)

The food was delicious. It was our first time having the biscuits and gravy and they didn’t disappoint! The restaurant has very clean bathrooms as well. The service was excellent very attentive and friendly. 10/10
One of the best restaurants in Beaumont. My drink never got below half empty. So the service is second to none! The food is completely amazing and so delicious. Everything I’ve eaten there is the best. The menu and quality is impeccable. My favorite place to eat!!! The owner himself is present and always concerned. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
Hands down, this restaurant is a well-oiled machine. The staff worked together to help all customers. Outstanding service. The food was one of the best breakfasts I've eaten. My 9 yr old said it's her new favorite restaurant. We had a little wait to get in but not terrible even though they were packed, but our food was so fast it shocked all of us. And it was HOT. We will make this a regular stop for sure! Still fresh and delicious. Best breakfast place in Beaumont
